Моббінг як негативна форма соціально-психологічної взаємодії в колективі в Україні стала досліджуватись зовсім недавно. Так, якщо раніше працівники організацій були включені в жорстку ієрархічну систему, з розвитком та розширенням ринку праці з’явилися нові способи ведення бізнесу, які часом потребують не просто відходу від старих форм співпраці, а і спільної, рівної роботи всіх ланок виробництва. Але не дивлячись на позитивні наслідки такого розподілу праці, з іншої сторони людина як соціальна істота часто схильна до більш інстинктивних процесів, таких як моральний тиск та приниження тих, хто за певними особистісними характеристиками може виглядати слабким та беззахисним – особливо, якщо така людина чи група людей стоїть на шляху подальшого професійного зростання в жорсткому світі ведення бізнесу. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у: а) визначенні особливостей моббінгу в організаціях різного типу; б) аналізі вітчизняних досліджень моббінгу; в) систематизації особистісних та організаційних детермінант мобббінгу.

Mobbing as a negative form of socio-psychological interaction in the team in Ukraine has been studied recently. Thus, if earlier employees of organizations were included in a rigid hierarchical system, with the development and expansion of the labor market, new ways of doing business appeared, which sometimes require not only abandoning old forms of cooperation, but also joint, equal work of all production. But despite the positive effects of this division of labor, on the other hand, man as a social being is often prone to more instinctive processes, such as moral pressure and humiliation of those who may look weak and vulnerable due to certain personal characteristics - especially if such a person or group people stand in the way of further professional growth in the tough world of doing business. The scientific novelty of the study is: a) determining the characteristics of mobbing in organizations of different types; b) analysis of domestic research on mobbing; c) systematization of personal and organizational determinants of mobbing.
