Високий попит на спеціалістів в області інформаційних технологій зумовлює те, що фахівцям даної галузі суб'єктивно простіше змінити місце роботи, ніж за рахунок особистісних ресурсів долати емоційну напругу. Це в наслідковому результаті призводить до плинності кадрів, організаційної нестабільності, зниження продуктивності ІТ-компаній. Така ситуація зумовлює актуальність досліджень спрямованих на пошук шляхів нормалізації психоемоційного стану ІТ-спеціалістів, зокрема, профілактики та подолання синдрому емоційного вигорання як специфічного стану психологічного неблагополуччя в професійній діяльності. Наукова новизна полягає у ґрунтовному висвітленні соціально-психологічних особливостей емоційного вигорання спеціалістів в області інформаційних технологій з різною специфікою діяльності.

In modern scientific sources, emotional burnout in information technology is highlighted as a result of intellectual exhaustion, nervous exhaustion and overexertion due to the specifics of professional activities, resulting in significant reductions in efficiency and effectiveness, as well as somatic diseases. At present, it is possible to state a gradual increase in the symptoms of emotional burnout in representatives of this field of professional activity. The high demand for specialists in the field of information technology means that it is subjectively easier for specialists in this field to change jobs than to overcome emotional stress at the expense of personal resources. This in turn leads to staff turnover, organizational instability, reduced productivity of IT companies. This situation determines the relevance of research aimed at finding ways to normalize the psycho-emotional state of IT professionals, in particular, prevention and overcoming of emotional burnout as a specific state of psychological distress in professional activities. The scientific novelty lies in a thorough coverage of the socio-psychological features of emotional burnout of specialists in the field of information technology with different specifics of activity.
