Використання тренінгових технологій у підготовці майбутніх вчителів іноземних мов до професійної комунікації

Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 54 pages of printed text contains 1 application.The list of references includes 60 sources.The object of research is to prepare future foreign language teachers for professional communication. The aim of the study. The aim of the work is to study the use of training technologies in the preparation of future foreign language teachers for professional communication. Theoretical and methodological principles: A set of general scientific and special methods was used to perform the tasks: systemic, dialectical, systemic-structural, formal-logical, comparative, statistical, comparative and logical-semantic. With the help of the used research methods the complex analysis of the set tasks is carried out and reliable theoretical, practical results are received, conclusions of work are formulated. Obtained results: Approbation of the proposed content and methodological support for teacher training in the use of training technologies involved the implementation of a pedagogical experiment on the basis of Kyiv University named after Borys Hrinchenko. The levels of readiness of future English teachers to use training technologies were established by us empirically on the principle of dividing the 100% scale on four equivalent intervals. Given that the maximum number of points that respondents could receive according to the test results was 60. The data indicate the effectiveness of the proposed content and methodological support for teacher training, which is reflected in the self-assessment of the level of readiness of future teachers to apply the training.It should be noted that the proposed answers to the self-assessment card are consistent with certain levels of readiness to apply the training. Thus, the answer option "fully ready" corresponds to a high level of readiness, "sufficiently ready" – medium, "partially ready" – sufficient and "not ready" – insufficient.

Мета роботи полягає в дослідженні використання тренінгових технологій у підготовці майбутніх учителів іноземних мов до професійної комунікації. Теоретико-методологічні засади: Для виконання поставлених завдань було використано комплекс загальнонаукових та спеціальних методів: системний, діалектичний, системно-структурний, формально-логічний, порівняльний, статистичний, компаративний і логіко-семантичний. За допомогою використаних методів дослідження проведено комплексний аналіз поставлених завдань та отримано надійні теоретичні, практичні результати, сформульовано висновки роботи. Отримані результати: Апробація запропонованого змістовно-методичного забезпечення підготовки вчителів до застосування тренінгових технологій передбачала здійснення педагогічного експерименту на базі Бердянського Державного педагогічного університету. Рівні готовності майбутніх учителів англійської до використання тренінгових технологій були встановлені нами емпірично за принципом розподілу 100% шкали балів на чотири еквівалентні інтервали. Дані свідчать про ефективність запропонованого змістовно- методичного забезпечення підготовки вчителів, що відображено у самооцінці рівня готовності майбутніх учителів до застосування тренінгу.
