Об’єкт дослідження – функціональний стан опорно-рухового апарату осіб із дегенеративними ушкодженнями хребта. Мета роботи – оцінка ефективності застосування остеопатичних технік в реабілітації чоловіків 40-50 років з дегенеративними ушкодженнями поперекового відділу хребта. Методи дослідження: науково-теоретичний аналіз медичної літератури; визначення категоріального профілю за Міжнародною класифікацією функціонування, обмежень життєдіяльності та здоров’я; оцінку больового синдрому за шкалою ВАШ; аналіз пози й обсягу рухів у трьох анатомічних площинах тіла: фронтальній, сагітальній і горизонтальній за методом візуальної діагностики; обсяг рухів хребта визначали за допомогою тестів Шобера та Томайєра; оцінювання контуру м’язів, тонусу, ступеню укорочення (напруження), наявності болючих та тригерних точок методом пальпації; методи математичної статистики. На початку дослідження всі обстежені чоловіки з остеохондрозом поперекового відділу хребта мали стійкі відхилення у функціональному стані хребта та потребували терапевтичного втручання в реабілітації. Остеопатичне втручання ґрунтувалося на використанні м’якотканних, артикуляційних, вісцеральних, краніосакральних технік, комплексу функціональних вправ і комплексу вправ для міофасціалього релізу. Після впровадження реабілітаційних програм показники у всіх пацієнтів зазнали позитивної динаміки, але кращі результати були відмічені в групі чоловіків, де застосовувалися остеопатичні техніки, що свідчило про ефективність даної програми для реабілітації хворих з остеохондрозом.

The object of study is the functional state of the musculoskeletal system of persons with degenerative spinal injuries. The aim of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of osteopathic techniques in the rehabilitation of men 40-50 years old with degenerative injuries of the lumbar spine. Research methods: scientific and theoretical analysis of medical literature; determination of the categorical profile according to the International Classification of Functioning, Restrictions on Life and Health; assessment of pain on the visual-analog scale of pain; analysis of posture and volume of movements in three anatomical planes of the body: frontal, sagittal and horizontal by the method of visual diagnosis; the extent of spinal movements was determined using Schober and Tomayer tests; assessment of muscle contour, tone, degree of shortening (tension), the presence of painful and trigger points by palpation; methods of mathematical statistics.
At the beginning of the study, all men with osteochondrosis of the lumbar spine had persistent abnormalities in the functional state of the spine and required therapeutic intervention in rehabilitation. Osteopathic intervention was based on the use of soft tissue, articulation, visceral, craniosacral techniques, a set of functional exercises and a set of exercises for myofascial release. After the implementation of rehabilitation programs, the performance of all patients was positive, but the best results were noted in the group of men who used osteopathic techniques, which testified to the effectiveness of this program for the rehabilitation of patients with osteochondrosis.
