Об’єкт дослідження – вплив комплексної програми реабілітації на функціональний стан серцево-судинної системи немовлят після хірургічної корекції дефекту міжшлуночкової перегородки. Мета дослідження – вивчення ефективності застосування засобів фізичної терапії в комплексній реабілітації немовлят після реконструктивної корекції вроджених вад серця. Методи дослідження – аналіз та узагальнення літературних джерел; аналіз історій хвороби; формування концептуальної моделі щодо прийняття відповідних рішень з реабілітації за Міжнародною класифікацією функціонування, обмежень життєдіяльності та здоров’я дітей і підлітків; методи оцінки функціонального стану серцево-судинної системи (показники електрокардіографії і ехокардіографії); методи математичної статистики. Для дітей з оперованим дефектом міжшлуночкової перегородки характерним є наявність порушень атріовентрикулярної провідності та метаболічних змін в міокарді на рівні «структури», ехокардіографічних ознак збільшення показників насосної функції серця на рівні «функції». Застосування комплексної реабілітаційної програми серед немовлят з оперованими вродженими вадами серця в умовах Запорізької обласної клінічної дитячої лікарні забезпечило поліпшення показників електро- і ехокардіографії на рівні «структури та функцій», що є ознакою оптимізації адаптаційних можливостей серцево-судинної системи на рівні «активності та участі», і дозволяє рекомендувати дану програму для практичного використання при роботі з даним контингентом дітей.

The object of the study is the impact of a comprehensive rehabilitation program on the functional state of the cardiovascular system of infants after surgical correction of a ventricular septal defect. The purpose of the study is to study the effectiveness of physical therapy in the comprehensive rehabilitation of infants after reconstructive correction
of congenital heart disease. Research methods – analysis and generalization of literature sources; analysis of case histories; formation of a conceptual model for making appropriate decisions on rehabilitation according to the Іnternational classification of functioning, restrictions on life and health of children and adolescents; methods for assessing the functional state of the cardiovascular system (indicators of electrocardiography and echocardiography); methods of mathematical statistics.
For children with an operative ventricular septal defect is characterized by the presence of disorders of atrioventricular conduction and metabolic changes in the myocardium at the level of «structure», echocardiographic signs of increased pumping function of the heart at the level of «function». The application of a comprehensive rehabilitation program for infants with congenital heart disease in the Zaporozhye regional clinical children’s hospital has improved electro- and echocardiography at the level of «structure and functions», which is a sign of optimizing the adaptive capacity of the cardiovascular system at the level of «activity and participation», and allows to recommend this program for practical use when working with this contingent of children.
