EN : Qualification work – 50 pages, 4 tables, 87 literary sources.
The object of research is indicators of external respiration .
The aim of the work is to study the indicators of the respiratory system in girls aged 17-18 years in different periods of the training process.
Research methods – analysis of literature sources; spirometry using a dry spirometer for evaluating indicators; calculation method for indicators of the external respiratory system; indicators of the external respiratory system for inhalation and exhalation by stopwatch; method of Mathematical Statistics.
The positive impact of swimming classes is manifested in an increase in the level of functioning of external respiration indicators in those who are engaged.
As a result of the long-term adaptation of girls to physical exertion during swimming classes during different periods of competition, there are changes in most indicators of the respiratory system and different degrees of their tension.
The reaction of the girls ' body to the competitive load remains generally favorable. The competitive load of the competition does not exhaust the compensatory capabilities of the respiratory system, and the ventilator capacity remains high.
