EN : The theoretical and methodological principles of competitiveness of
territorial communities are considered in the qualification work. Features of
formation of mechanisms of maintenance of competitiveness of territorial
communities are considered. Some attention is paid to identifying prospects and
shortcomings of mechanisms for ensuring the competitiveness of local
