UA : В роботі вирішено актуальну проблему управління інформаційним забезпеченням бізнес-процесів фінансових установ з обслуговування фізичних осіб. На прикладі АТ «А-БАНК» було розроблено та впроваджено в інформаційну систему банку інформаційний сервіс з розрахунку платежів для фізичних осіб – клієнтів. Розроблено модель інформаційного забезпечення бізнес-процесу розміщення та видачі вкладу клієнтам, що дозволяє збільшити ефективність праці фахівців банку, спростити процес роботи з депозитами та зменшити час на обробку заявки від клієнтів.
EN : The actual problem of managing information support for business processes of financial institutions in the field of servicing individuals is solved in the work. Using the example of A-BANK JSC, an information service was developed and implemented in the bank's information system for calculating payments for individual clients. A model of information support for the business process of placing and issuing deposits to clients has been developed, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the work of bank specialists, simplify the process of working with deposits and reduce the time for processing applications from clients.
