UA : У загальній частині дипломної роботи розглянуто технологію виробництва слябів на слябінгу 1150, особливості деформації високих розкатів. У спеціальній частина зроблено розгляд алгоритму розрахунку раціонального режиму деформації штаб. Виконано розрахунок трьох режимів деформації штаби перетином 165×1180 мм і розрахунок продуктивності при цих режимах Проаналізовано результати теоретичних досліджень режимів обтиснення. У розділі "Висновки і економічна ефективність проведених теоретичних досліджень режимів деформації" розглянуто економічну ефективність від використання теоретично розрахованого режиму деформації слябів. У розділі "Охорона праці та техногенна безпека" розглянуто шкідливі і небезпечні виробничі фактори. Розроблено заходи з поліпшення умов праці, електробезпеки, пожежної і техногенної безпеки.
EN : In the general part of the thesis the technology of slabs production at slabbing 1150, features of deformation of high rollings are considered. In the special part the algorithm of calculation of a rational mode of deformation of a staff is considered. The calculation of three modes of deformation of the staff with a cross section of 165 × 1180 mm and the calculation of productivity in these modes The results of theoretical studies of compression modes are analyzed. In the section "Conclusions and economic efficiency of the conducted theoretical researches of deformation regimes" the economic efficiency from use of the theoretically calculated mode of deformation of slabs is considered. Harmful and dangerous production factors are considered in the section "Labor protection and technogenic safety". Measures have been developed to improve working conditions, electrical safety, fire and man-made safety.
