Проаналізовано механізм управління діловою репутацією банку з орієнтацією на соціальну відповідальність. Запропоновано алгоритм розроблення і реалізації концепції нового підходу до управління
діловою репутацією банку. Окреслено шляхи покращення ділової репутації банку в напрямі підвищення рівня економічної безпеки банку. Запропоновано управлінський підхід до покращення ділової
репутації банку через створення секторальних складників економічної безпеки банку
RU : В статье исследовано влияние деловой репутации банка на состояние его экономической безопасности. Рассмотрены пути формирования совокупности составляющих деловой репутации банка,
концепция ее создания. Осуществлён анализ механизма управления деловой репутацией банка с ориентацией на социальную ответственность. Предложен алгоритм разработки и реализации концепции
нового подхода к управлению деловой репутацией банка. Указаны пути улучшения деловой репутации
банка в направлении повышения уровня экономической безопасности банка. Предложен управленческий подход к улучшению деловой репутации банка через создание секторальных составляющих экономической безопасности банка.
EN : In the article, the influence of the bank's business reputation on the state of its
economic security has been researched. The ways of forming the components of the bank's business reputation,
the concept of its creation, are considered. The mechanism of managing the bank's business reputation
with the focus on social responsibility is analyzed. Ways of improving the business reputation of the bank are
determined at the initial stage of assessing the business reputation of the bank. Ways to improve the business
reputation of the bank: 1) ethics in relations with partners – responsibility, decency, fulfillment of obligations,
openness; 2) ethics in relations with internal partners – the responsibility of managers, financial transparency
of business operations; 3) the level of efficiency of management – the development of innovation, the level
of profitability; 4) the quality of goods and services, the reputation of employees. The ways of improving
the bank’s business reputation with the aim of raising the level of economic security of the bank are offered.
The algorithm of the development and implementation of the concept of a new approach to managing
the bank's business reputation is proposed. Five stages of realization of the process of improvement of management
of a business reputation of the bank with the focus on social responsibility are offered. The first stage
is the assessment of the bank’s business reputation. The second stage is the development of a program to improve
the reputation of the bank. The third stage is the assessment of the integral risk of reducing / losing reputation
of the bank. The fourth stage is the correction of the program for improvement of the bank’s business
reputation. The fifth stage – control over change of the bank’s business reputation. The managerial approach to
improving the bank’s business reputation through the creation of sectoral components of the bank’s economic
security is proposed.
