Мета роботи полягає у вивченні особливостей формування нового туристичного продукту на засадах креативності й диверсифікації, а також методів його реалізації.
Об’єкт – туристичний продукт.
Предмет – дослідження особливостей створення, проєктування та реалізації туристичного продукту на засадах креативності й диверсифікації в діяльності туристичного підприємства у Житомирській області.
Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз і синтез літературних та фахових наукових джерел, описовий, порівняльний, спостережень та досліджень, метод анкетування та проєктування.
Практичне значення: розроблено туристичний проєкт «Палац Терещенків» на засадах креативності й диверсифікації, реалізація якого сприятиме розвитку внутрішнього та в’їздного туризму, підвищенню кількості туристів у Житомирській області, наданню нових робочих місць для фахівців туристичної індустрії та винесенню на Український ринок нового туристичного продукту; який виступатиме як важливий доказ розвитку туризму в Україні в умовах сталого розвитку;
Результати дослідження обговорювалися на засіданні кафедри 5 грудня 2022 р., де отримали позитивний відгук, а також були відображені у науковій статті:

Результати можливо використовувати в дослідженнях з вивчення особливостей створення нового туристичного продукту та методів його реалізації у діяльності туристичних підприємств України. Забезпечить розквіт туристичної індустрії та економічне зростання регіону взагалі відповідно до Стратегії регіонального розвитку Житомирської області на період до 2025 р. в умовах сталого розвитку [73;74;25;33;34].

The work’s objective is to study the peculiarities of the formation of a new tourist product on the basis of creativity and diversification, as well as the methods of its implementation.
Object – a tourist product.
Subject – the peculiarities of the creation, design and implementation of a tourist product on the basis of creativity and diversification in the activity of a tourist enterprise in the Zhytomyr region.
Research methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis of literary and specialized scientific sources, descriptive, comparative, observation and research, questionnaire and design methods.
Practical significance: the tourist project "Tereshchenko Palace" was developed on the basis of creativity and diversification, the implementation of which will contribute to the development of domestic and inbound tourism, increase the number of tourists in the Zhytomyr region, provide new jobs for specialists in the tourist industry and bring a new tourist product to the Ukrainian market ; which will act as an important proof of the development of tourism in Ukraine in conditions of sustainable development;
The results of the study were discussed at the meeting of the Department on December 5, 2022, where they received positive feedback, and were also displayed in the scientific article:

The results can be used in researches on the study of the peculiarities of the creation of a new tourist product and methods of its implementation in the activities of tourist enterprises of Ukraine. It will ensure the flourishing of the tourist industry and the economic growth of the region in general in accordance with the Regional Development Strategy of the Zhytomyr Region for the period until 2025 in conditions of sustainable development [73;74;25;33;34].
