UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 96 сторінках друкованого тексту,
містить 12 таблиць, 26 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 60 джерел,
з них 11 іноземною мовою. Об'єктом дослідження виступає система найму персоналу у ТОВ «ІКЕА Р. Укр.».
Предметом дослідження – практичні підходи до вдосконалення системи
найму персоналу системі управління людськими ресурсами організації.
Мета кваліфікаційної роботи магістра – на підставі вивчення
теоретичних та практичних аспектів, провести аналіз підсистеми найму
персоналу у ТОВ «ІКЕА Р. Укр.» та розробити рекомендації щодо її
вдосконалення.
Для досягнення вказаної мети вирішені такі завдання:
− досліджено принципи управління людськими ресурсами
організації;
− проаналізовано методи, принципи підбору персоналу;
− окреслено етапи процесу підбору персоналу;
− дано організаційно-економічну характеристику
ТОВ «ІКЕА Р. УКР.»;
− проведено аналіз системи управління людськими ресурсами на
прикладі ТОВ «ІКЕА Р. УКР.»;
− з’ясовано особливості системи підбору персоналу на прикладі
ТОВ «ІКЕА Р. УКР.»;
− визначено напрямки підвищення ефективності процесу підбору
персоналу;
− запропоновано напрямки удосконалення системи підбору
персоналу на прикладі ТОВ «ІКЕА Р. УКР.».
Методи дослідження: критичний аналіз та узагальнення теоретичних
досліджень, системний підхід, ситуаційний аналіз, анкетування, експертний
метод.
Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що була удосконалена
методика конкурсного відбору персоналу на зайняття вакантної керівної
посади при організації конкурсу у формі виборів, яка включає вибір
парадигми конкурсу, низку етапів для проведення конкурсного відбору та
заходи підготовки відбору.
Одержані результати та розроблені рекомендації становлять методичну
основу для розвитку інструментів методів підвищення ефективності системи
підбору персоналу.
Основні результати кваліфікаційної роботи висвітлено у статтях та
тезах.
EN : The work is presented on 96 pages of printed text, contains 12 tables,
26 figures. The list of referеnces includes 60 sources, 11 of them in foreign
languages. The subject of the research is the system of personnel recruitment at
IKEA R. UKR LLC.
The subject of the study is practical approaches to improving the system of
recruitment of personnel in the human resource management system of the
organization.
The purpose of the master's qualification work is to analyze the subsystem of
hiring personnel in IKEA R. UKR. LLC and develop recommendations for its
improvement based on the study of theoretical and practical aspects.
To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved:
− the principles of human resource management of the organization are
investigated;
− analyzed the methods, principles of recruitment;
− the stages of the recruitment process are outlined;
− organizational and economic characteristics of "IKEA R. UKR." LLC
are given;
− an analysis of the human resources management system on the example
of IKEA R. UKR;
− the peculiarities of the personnel selection system on the example of
IKEA R. UKR;
− directions for improving the efficiency of the recruitment process have
been identified;
− directions for improving the recruitment system on the example of
IKEA R. UKR. LLC are proposed.
Research methods: critical analysis and generalization of theoretical studies,
systematic approach, situational analysis, questionnaires, expert method.
The scientific novelty of the study is that the methodology of competitive
selection of personnel for a vacant managerial position in the organization of the
competition in the form of elections has been improved, which includes the choice
of the competition paradigm, a number of stages for competitive selection and
selection preparation measures.
The obtained results and developed recommendations constitute a
methodological basis for the development of tools for improving the efficiency of
the personnel selection system.
The main results of the qualification work are highlighted in articles and
abstracts.
