Маркери хронотопу в історичному романі та їх відтворення в перекладі (на матеріалі роману В. Скотта “Rob Roy”)

Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 85 pages of printed text. The list of references includes 91 sources. The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem as a markers of the chronotope in the historical novel and their reproduction in translation (based on the material of W. Scott's novel "Rob Roy"). The object of the work can be defined as the chronotope of the historical novel from the perspective of the science of translation. The main aim of the paper consists in studying the markers of the chronotope of the historical novel and finding out the possibilities of their reproduction in translation. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: - profound analysis and systematization of the theoretical foundations of the chronotope in literature; - investigation of the algorithm, aspects and stages of classification of the chronotope and ways of their translations; We managed to identify that the chronotope is a combination of spatiotemporal indicators of a written work, which plays an important role in the context of translation studies. The chronotope has an influence on the overall organization of the work and is manifested in all its layers - in the content, form of the work and the form of the plot. We identified the main existing classifications of the chronotope and their influence on the choice of translation tools. The main ones are methods of archaization, modernization and neutralization. The main types of markers of the chronotope were analyzed. Usually, they are stylistically colored groups of words: historicisms, archaisms, neologisms, etc. In the practical part, we considered the specifics of the organization of the chronotope of the historical novel "Rob Roy" and characterized its stylistic features. We analyzed the main groups of historical markers, established the main patterns of their reproduction and the adequacy of their translation into the target language.

Теоретико-методологічні засади: велика кількість вчених досліджували особливості хронотопу, як літературного явища (М. Бахтін, О. Ухтомський, В. Пропп, В. Коркішко, В. Коптілов), розробили класифікацію хронотопу (М. Бахтін, В. Халізєв, І. Кудряшов, В. Пропп, Г. Горішна), вивчали та класифікували засоби організації хронотопу (П. Ньюмарк, О. Немировська, І. Волянюк, А. Шугаєв). Отримані результати: ми дійшли до висновку, що хронотоп є поєднанням часопросторових показників художнього твору, який відіграє важливу роль у контексті перекладознавчих студій. Хронотоп має вплив на загальну організацію твору та проявляється на усіх її пластах – у змісті, формі твору і формі сюжету. Нами було виявлено основні існуючи класифікації хронотопу та їх вплив на вибір засобів перекладу. Основними є – способи архаїзації, модернізації та нейтралізації. Було проаналізовано основні види маркерів художнього хронотопу. Ними виступають стилістично забарвлені групи слів: історизми, архаїзми, неологізми, тощо. У практичній частині нами було розглянуто специфіку організації хронотопу історичного роману «Роб Рой» і його стилістичні особливості. Було проаналізовано основні групи історичних маркерів, встановлено основні закономірності їх відтворення і адекватність їх перекладу цільовою мовою.
