Особливості ідиостилю Дена Брауна

Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 70 pages of printed text. The list of references includes 72 sources. The presented paper is devoted to the analysis of such an actual problem as features of Dan Brown's idiostyle. The object of the study is defined as the texts of Dan Brown's novels “Angels and Demons”, “The Da Vinci Code”, “The Lost Symbol”. The main aim of the work is to highlight the main author's techniques and stylistic features in the texts of the studied novels and to determine their role in the creation of D. Brown's style.It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: ● analyze the language and style of an artistic work as a subject of linguistic stylistic research; ● characterize idiostyle as an expression of stylistic features of artistic texts; ● identify the stylistic features of the artistic text as the basis of the formation of the author's style in the works of Dan Brown; ● outline the lexical and stylistic features of Dan Brown's novels “Angels and Demons”, “The Lost Symbol” and “The Da Vinci Code”; The means of forming the author's style in Dan Brown's novels include the following: dynamic, often multi-scenario development of the plot; a complex system of historical, mystical, sociocultural referents. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the complex approach to the study of the idiostyle of the outstanding American writer Dan Brown. Scientific novelty is also determined by the fact that the research was carried out using the latest developments in the field of English philology and fiction.

Мета роботи: виділення основних авторських прийомів і стилістичних особливостей у текстах досліджуваних романів та визначенні їхньої ролі у створенні стилю Д. Брауна. Теоретико-методологічні засади: дослідження поняття художнього твору (О. А. Лапко, М. В. Пащенко), сутність ідіостилю автора (П. В. Білоус, В. П. Іванишин) й лексико-стилістичні особливості романів Дена Брауна «Ангели та демони», «Втрачений символ» та «Код да Вінчі» (О. В. Бессарб, Н. П. Гура, О. К. Бойко). Отримані результати: Ден Браун – автор всесвітньовідомих бестселерів, творча діяльність якого має неабиякий вплив на розвиток сучасної поп-культури і становить незгасаючий інтерес для дослідників філологічного знання як в Україні, так і за кордоном. Зважаючи на велику популярність автора на світовій літературній арені, зростаючий інтерес до його творчого надбання як у всьому світі, так і в Україні зокрема, а також низку прийомів і технік індивідуального стилю, вивчення мови письменника в оригіналі є предметом особливої дослідницької уваги.
