Сучасні методи механотерапії в реабілітації осіб літнього віку з післяінсультним геміпарезом у ранньому відновному періоді

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра ‒ 76 с., 11 табл., 2 рис., 66 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження – функціональна активність осіб літнього віку з післяінсультним геміпарезом у ранньому відновному періоді. Предмет дослідження – вплив сучасних методів механотерапії для поліпшення функціональної активності осіб літнього віку з післяінсультним геміпарезом у ранньому відновному періоді. Мета дослідження – вдосконалення реабілітаційної програми для поліпшення функціональної активності осіб літнього віку з післяінсультним геміпарезом у ранньому відновному періоді сучасними методами механотерапії. Методи дослідження: Теоретичний пошук та аналіз науково-методичної і спеціальної літератури. Реабілітаційно-інструментальні методи для оцінки функціональної незалежності особи у побуті (шкала FIM) на рівні активності та участі за МКФ. Реабілітаційно-інструментальні методи для оцінки рухової функції верхньої кінцівки (тест ARAT) на рівні функції за МКФ. Системний аналіз для досягнення мети реабілітації за Міжнародною класифікацією функціонування (МКФ). Методи математичної статистики. Доведено, що застосування в системі реабілітації осіб літнього віку з післяінсультним геміпарезом у ранньому відновному періоді сучасного методу механотерапії (МотоМЕД) сприяло функціональній незалежності функціональної незалежності особи у побуті на рівні активності та участі за МКФ за рахунок більш значного відновлення рухової функції паретичної верхньої кінцівки на рівні функції за МКФ.EN : Master’s qualification work – 76 p., 11 tables, 2 figures, 66 sources. System analysis to achieve the goal of rehabilitation according to the International Classification of Functioning (ICF). Methods of mathematical statistics. It has been proven that the use of the modern method of mechanotherapy (MotoMED) in the rehabilitation system of elderly people with post-stroke hemiparesis in the early recovery period contributed to the functional independence of the person in everyday life at the level of activity and participation according to the ICF due to a more significant restoration of the motor function of the paretic upper limb at the level of function according to the ICF.
