Стартап-екосистема: фактори успішного розвитку бізнес-проєктів

Abstract

UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні основи формування стартап-екосистеми та її роль у розвитку підприємництва; проаналізовано світовий та національний досвід розвитку стартап-екосистем і визначено ключові тенденції; визначено основні фактори успішності реалізації бізнес-проєктів у межах стартап-екосистем; оцінено стан і особливості функціонування стартап-екосистеми на прикладі діяльності ТОВ «ІнноваТех Україна»; розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення управлінських механізмів розвитку стартап-екосистеми підприємства. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в уточненні поняття «стартап-екосистема підприємства» як динамічної системи взаємодії інституцій, підприємців та інвесторів, що забезпечує реалізацію інноваційних бізнес-проєктів.EN : The qualification work explores the theoretical foundations of the formation of a startup ecosystem and its role in the development of entrepreneurship; analyzes the global and national experience in the development of startup ecosystems and identifies key trends; identifies the main factors of success in the implementation of business projects within startup ecosystems; assesses the state and features of the functioning of the startup ecosystem using the example of the activities of LLC "InnovaTech Ukraine"; develops practical recommendations for improving the management mechanisms for the development of the startup ecosystem of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work lies in clarifying the concept of "startup ecosystem of the enterprise" as a dynamic system of interaction between institutions, entrepreneurs and investors, which ensures the implementation of innovative business projects.
