Проєкт будівництва лабораторного центру на базі металургійного комплексу м. Запоріжжя

Abstract

UA : У проекті представлені такі основні розділи: архітектурно-будівельний, розрахунково-конструктивний, технологія зведення будівель, організація будівельного виробництва, економіка будівництва, охорона праці. В архітектурній частині було визначено об’ємно-планувальне рішення будівлі, виконано теплотехнічний розрахунок стіни. У конструктивній частині виконано розрахунок збірної залізобетонної багатопустотної плити перекриття.. Згідно з технологією зведення будівель розглядаються варіанти можливого зведення каркасу будівлі, для цього було розроблено калькуляцію трудових витрат і схему виконання робіт, а також календарний графік робіт. Також виконана технологічна карта на покрівельні роботи. У розділі організація будівельного виробництва розраховано сітьовий графік для визначення тривалості будівельних робіт, розроблено майданчик під будівництво лабораторного центру з розташуванням складів і тимчасових будівель. В розділі економіка будівництва виконано розрахунок кошторисної вартості будівництва у вигляді локального кошторису на загальнобудівельні роботи.EN : The project presents the following main sections: architectural and construction, design and construction, building construction technology, organization of construction production, construction economics, labor protection. In the architectural part, the volumetric planning solution of the building was determined, the thermal calculation of the wall was performed. In the structural part, the calculation of the prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow-core floor slab was performed. According to the technology of erecting buildings, options for the possible construction of the frame of the building are considered, for this, a calculation of labor costs and a scheme of work, as well as a calendar schedule of work, were developed. A technological map for roofing work has also been made. In the section organization of construction production, a network schedule was calculated to determine the duration of construction work, a site for the construction of a laboratory center with the location of warehouses and temporary buildings was developed. In the section of construction economics, the calculation of the estimated cost of construction in the form of a local estimate for general construction works is performed.
