Організаційно-технологічні рішення при будівництві житлової будівлі

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню впливу технологічних інженерних рішень на організаційні особливості реалізації будівельних проєктів. На прикладі будівництва житлово-офісного комплексу за адресою: вул. Інститутська, 18, Печерський район, м. Київ, проаналізовано впровадження сучасних технологічних підходів у процесі будівництва та їхній вплив на ефективність організації будівельних робіт. У роботі розглянуто особливості організаційного планування, спрямовані на оптимізацію ресурсів, строків виконання робіт і забезпечення якості, з урахуванням специфіки сучасних інженерних рішень. Зокрема, детально досліджено технології монолітного будівництва, застосування сучасних матеріалів та автоматизації будівельних процесів. У ході виконання роботи визначено, як технологічні інновації впливають на організацію процесів, зокрема на складання графіків робіт, управління логістикою, використання будівельних майданчиків і взаємодію між учасниками проєкту. Основним результатом роботи є розробка рекомендацій щодо покращення організації будівельного процесу завдяки впровадженню сучасних технологій. Запропоновані рішення спрямовані на скорочення тривалості реалізації проєкту, зниження витрат і покращення якості кінцевого продукту. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для оптимізації організаційних процесів у будівництві, зокрема для реалізації складних житлово-офісних комплексів у міських умовах.EN : The diploma work is devoted to the study of the influence of technological engineering solutions on the organizational features of the implementation of construction projects. On the example of the construction of a residential and office complex at: 18 Instytutska Street, Pechersk district, Kyiv, the introduction of modern technological approaches in the construction process and their impact on the efficiency of the organization of construction work is analyzed. The paper examines the features of organizational planning aimed at optimizing resources, work deadlines and quality assurance, taking into account the specifics of modern engineering solutions. In particular, the technologies of monolithic construction, the use of modern materials and automation of construction processes were studied in detail. During the work, it was determined how technological innovations affect the organization of processes, in particular, the drawing up of work schedules, logistics management, the use of construction sites and interaction between project participants. The main result of the work is the development of recommendations for improving the organization of the construction process through the introduction of modern technologies. The proposed solutions are aimed at reducing the duration of project implementation, reducing costs and improving the quality of the final product. The results of the study can be used to optimize organizational processes in construction, in particular for the implementation of complex residential and office complexes in urban conditions.
