Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми зумовлено швидким розвитком ринку інформаційних послуг та впровадженням децентралізованих блокчейн технологій в управлінні нерухомістю. Мета роботи – сформулювати механізм адміністрування інформаційних технологій прийнятний для комерційного використання в сфері нерухомості. Для досягнення мети були поставлені та виконані наступні задання: - проаналізовано та узагальнено понятійно-категоріальний апарат сфері управління та адміністрування нерухомістю; - сформульовано основні елементи механізму управління нерухомістю та інформаційними потоками організації; - побудовано механізм ефективного управління інформаційними потоками нерухомості на підприємстві. Обʼєктом дослідження визначено сучасні інформаційні технології управління нерухомістю. Предметом – комплекс адміністративних заходів з управління нерухомістю та його інформаційними потоками. В роботі розглянуто комплекс програмного забезпечення для управління технологічними процесами та управлінськими функціями.EN : The relevance of the topic is due to the rapid development of the information services market and the introduction of decentralized blockchain technologies in enterprise management. The purpose of the work is to formulate a mechanism for the administration of information technologies acceptable for an industrial or commercial enterprise. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and completed: - the conceptual and categorical apparatus in the field of management and administration was analyzed and generalized; - the main elements of the mechanism for managing an enterprise and information flows of the organization were formulated; - a mechanism for effective management of information flows in the enterprise was built. The object of the study is modern information technologies for enterprise management. The subject is a set of administrative measures for managing an enterprise and its information flows. The paper considers a software package for managing technological processes and management functions.
