Вплив емоційної близькості на стосунки партнерів в перинатальний період

Abstract

Проблема якості подружніх стосунків у перинатальний період набуває особливої ваги у сучасних умовах трансформації соціальних, культурних і сімейних практик. Період вагітності та перших років після народження дитини є критичним для функціонування сімейної системи, оскільки поєднує фізіологічні, психологічні та соціальні зміни, що вимагають від партнерів високого рівня взаєморозуміння, підтримки та гнучкості у міжособистісних стосунках. У цьому контексті феномен емоційної близькості постає вагомим чинником, що визначає не лише стабільність і гармонійність взаємин, а й загальне психологічне благополуччя обох партнерів. Відсутність достатнього рівня емоційної залученості, довіри та взаємної підтримки може зумовлювати підвищення тривожності, конфліктність і ризики дестабілізації сімейних відносин у перинатальному періоді. Теоретичне підґрунтя дослідження базується на положеннях сучасної сімейної психології, перинатальної психології та теорії прив’язаності, представники яких наголошують на важливості емоційної взаємодії у процесі адаптації сім’ї до нових життєвих обставин. Теоретичний аналіз праць зарубіжних і українських дослідників, поданий у першому розділі, дозволяє констатувати, що емоційна близькість є інтегративною характеристикою партнерських стосунків, яка включає когнітивний, емоційний та поведінковий рівні, забезпечуючи суб’єктивне відчуття єдності та підтримки. Наукова новизна полягає у визначенні особливостей впливу емоційної близькості на динаміку партнерських стосунків у перинатальний період, у виявленні специфіки взаємозв’язку між рівнем емоційного контакту та показниками психологічного благополуччя обох партнерів.EN : The work is presented on 53 pages of printed text, contains 5 tables, 4 appendices. The problem of the quality of marital relations in the perinatal period acquires particular importance in the modern conditions of transformation of social, cultural and family practices. The period of pregnancy and the first years after the birth of a child is critical for the functioning of the family system, as it combines physiological, psychological and social changes that require partners to have a high level of mutual understanding, support and flexibility in interpersonal relationships. In this context, the phenomenon of emotional closeness appears as a significant factor that determines not only the stability and harmony of relationships, but also the general psychological well-being of both partners. The lack of a sufficient level of emotional involvement, trust and mutual support can lead to increased anxiety, conflict and risks of destabilization of family relations in the perinatal period. The theoretical basis of the study is based on the provisions of modern family psychology, perinatal psychology and attachment theory, whose representatives emphasize the importance of emotional interaction in the process of family adaptation to new life circumstances. The theoretical analysis of the works of foreign and Ukrainian researchers, presented in the first section, allows us to state that emotional closeness is an integrative characteristic of partnership relations, which includes cognitive, emotional and behavioral levels, providing a subjective sense of unity and support. The scientific novelty lies in determining the features of the influence of emotional closeness on the dynamics of partnership relations in the perinatal period, in identifying the specifics of the relationship between the level of emotional contact and indicators of psychological well-being of both partners.
