Формування системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою ПП «Авто-Портал»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 108 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 18 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства як елемент системи ефективного функціонування господарюючого суб’єкта. Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи, інструменти, організаційні механізми та практичні аспекти формування й удосконалення системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства, включаючи механізми оцінювання ризиків та способи їх мінімізації. Метою є теоретичне обґрунтування сутності фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства, аналіз її сучасного стану на ПП «Авто-Портал» та розробка практичних заходів щодо формування ефективної системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою з урахуванням внутрішніх і зовнішніх ризиків. Завдання дослідження: 1) теоретико-методологічні засади фінансово- економічної безпеки підприємства; 2) здійснити аналіз фінансово-економічної безпеки ПП «Авто-Портал»; 3) обґрунтувати необхідність формування комплексної системи фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства. Методи дослідження: теоретичного узагальнення та порівняльного аналізу, класифікація та групування, метод економічного аналізу, статистичний аналіз, фінансової діагностики, ризик-менеджменту: Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) уточнено методичний підхід до оцінки ефективності заходів із підвищення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства; 2) удосконалено підхід до оцінювання ефективності запропонованих заходів, який базується на прогнозуванні фінансових показників та розрахунку економічного ефекту. Розроблені рекомендації можуть бути використані в діяльності підприємств для підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможність та забезпечити стабільний розвиток у довгостроковій перспективі.EN : The work is presented on 108 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 18 figures. The subject of the study is the methodological and practical aspects of forming a system of managing the financial and economic security of the enterprise, risk assessment mechanisms and tools for their minimization. The purpose of the master's qualification work is theoretical justification, analysis of the current state and development of measures to form an effective system of managing the financial and economic security of the enterprise, taking into account internal and external risks. Research objectives: 1) theoretical and methodological principles of the financial and economic security of the enterprise; 2) to carry out an analysis of the financial and economic security of the Private Enterprise «Avto-Portal»; 3) to justify the need to form a comprehensive system of financial and economic security of the enterprise; 4) to develop approaches to risk management in the system of financial and economic security of the enterprise. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparative analysis, classification and grouping, method of economic analysis, statistical analysis, financial diagnostics, risk management. The information base of the research consisted of the works of domestic and foreign scholars addressing the issues of developing an effective financial and economic security management system for enterprises, articles published in periodicals, internal regulatory documents, and the financial statements of the private enterprise «Auto-Portal». The results obtained and their novelty: the methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of measures aimed at enhancing the financial and economic security of the enterprise has been refined; the approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed measures has been improved, based on forecasting financial indicators and calculating the economic effect. The practical value of the work lies in the development of an applied approach to forming a financial and economic security management system for the enterprise, which can be implemented in the activities of PE “Auto-Portal”. The proposed risk assessment methods, the algorithm for their minimization, and the mechanisms for monitoring the financial condition provide the possibility of timely response to threats and improving the effectiveness of managerial decisions. The implementation of the proposed measures will contribute to reducing the level of financial risks, ensuring the rational use of resources, and strengthening the financial stability of the enterprise.
