Вплив соціального середовища на особливості психологічного розвитку підлітків

Abstract

Підлітковий вік є одним із найважливіших етапів формування особистості, під час якого відбуваються значні зміни у когнітивному, емоційному та соціальному розвитку. Саме в цей період підлітки найбільш чутливі до впливу зовнішніх факторів, зокрема соціального середовища. Сім'я, однолітки, шкільне оточення та навіть ширші соціокультурні умови формують не лише поведінку, але й світогляд, самооцінку та здатність адаптуватися до викликів життя. Сучасне соціальне середовище характеризується значною динамічністю та наявністю як позитивних, так і негативних чинників. Позитивний вплив соціального середовища сприяє розвитку емоційної стійкості, адекватної самооцінки та соціальних навичок. Водночас негативні фактори, такі як булінг, соціальна ізоляція, сімейні конфлікти чи вплив соціальних мереж, можуть призводити до підвищеної тривожності, розвитку депресивних станів та деструктивної поведінки. Дослідження впливу соціального середовища на психологічний розвиток підлітків є особливо актуальним в умовах сучасних соціокультурних змін, що супроводжуються глобалізацією, стрімким розвитком інформаційних технологій та посиленням стресових факторів. Розуміння цих процесів дозволяє не лише глибше усвідомити роль соціального середовища у формуванні особистості, а й розробити ефективні методи підтримки підлітків у складних життєвих обставинах. Наукова новизна та теоретичне значення роботи полягає у пошуку, систематизації та узагальнені наукових досліджень стосовно впливу стресу на людину, воєнної небезпеки, як головного стресового фактору в Україні, застосування тілесно-орієнтованих технік для подолання стресу в умовах воєнної небезпеки.EN : The work is presented on 63 pages of printed text, contains 7 figures, 1 table, 2 appendices. The list of references includes 56 sources. The object of the study is the psychological development of a teenager. Adolescence is one of the most important stages of personality formation, during which significant changes occur in cognitive, emotional and social development. It is during this period that teenagers are most sensitive to the influence of external factors, in particular the social environment. Family, peers, school environment and even broader socio-cultural conditions shape not only behavior, but also worldview, self-esteem and the ability to adapt to life's challenges. The modern social environment is characterized by significant dynamism and the presence of both positive and negative factors. The positive influence of the social environment contributes to the development of emotional stability, adequate self-esteem and social skills. At the same time, negative factors, such as bullying, social isolation, family conflicts or the influence of social networks, can lead to increased anxiety, the development of depressive states and destructive behavior. Research into the influence of the social environment on the psychological development of adolescents is especially relevant in the context of modern socio-cultural changes, accompanied by globalization, the rapid development of information technologies and the intensification of stress factors. Understanding these processes allows not only to more deeply understand the role of the social environment in the formation of personality, but also to develop effective methods of supporting adolescents in difficult life circumstances. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the work lies in the search, systematization and generalization of scientific research on the impact of stress on humans, military danger as the main stress factor in Ukraine, the use of body-oriented techniques to overcome stress in conditions of military danger.
