Повоєнна відбудова економіки України на засадах інноваційного розвитку та європейського партнерства

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра: 97 с., 7 рис., 18 табл., 53 джерела. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси повоєнної економічної відбудови України в умовах трансформації глобального економічного середовища та євроінтеграційних прагнень. Предметом дослідження виступають механізми, інструменти та моделі інноваційного розвитку економіки України, а також форми та напрями європейського партнерства, що сприяють ефективній реалізації стратегій повоєнної реконструкції. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування стратегічних підходів до повоєнного відновлення економіки України на основі інноваційного розвитку та зміцнення європейського партнерства, а також визначення пріоритетних напрямів економічної політики, здатних забезпечити стійке зростання, модернізацію національної економіки та її інтеграцію в європейський економічний простір. У процесі дослідження було визначено стратегічні вектори повоєнної відбудови України, що ґрунтуються на принципах інноваційного розвитку та європейської інтеграції. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану зовнішньоторговельних відносин між Україною та країнами Європейського Союзу, що дозволило окреслити ключові тенденції та проблеми у сфері міжнародної економічної співпраці. Визначено основні напрями секторальної інтеграції України до європейського простору, зокрема у промисловості, енергетиці та аграрному секторі, що є пріоритетними для економічного зростання. Окрему увагу приділено формуванню пріоритетних напрямів співпраці для економічного відновлення країни, серед яких розвиток інноваційних технологій, залучення інвестицій та розширення експортних можливостей. Проведено комплексний аналіз внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища Запорізького регіону, що стало основою для розробки стратегії його відновлення. У ході дослідження виявлено сучасні можливості впровадження інновацій у зовнішньоекономічну діяльність підприємств регіону з урахуванням ресурсів Запорізької торгово-промислової палати, що сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності місцевого бізнесу. Запропоновано перспективні напрями удосконалення соціальної складової регіонального розвитку, орієнтовані на підвищення якості життя населення, розвиток людського капіталу та забезпечення соціальної стабільності. Сукупність проведених досліджень дозволила сформувати комплексне бачення економічного відновлення України та Запорізького регіону на основі інноваційних підходів і партнерства з Європейським Союзом.EN : Qualification wоrk: 97 pp., 7 fіgurеs, 18 tablеs, 53 sоurсеs. The object of the study is the processes of post-war economic reconstruction of Ukraine in the context of the transformation of the global economic environment and European integration aspirations. The subject of the study is the mechanisms, tools and models of innovative development of the economy of Ukraine, as well as the forms and directions of European partnership that contribute to the effective implementation of post-war reconstruction strategies. The purpose of the study is to substantiate strategic approaches to the post-war restoration of the economy of Ukraine on the basis of innovative development and strengthening of European partnership, as well as to determine the priority areas of economic policy that can ensure sustainable growth, modernization of the national economy and its integration into the European economic space. In the process of the study, strategic vectors of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine were identified, based on the principles of innovative development and European integration. An analysis of the current state of foreign trade relations between Ukraine and the countries of the European Union was conducted, which allowed to outline key trends and problems in the field of international economic cooperation. The main directions of sectoral integration of Ukraine into the European space have been identified, in particular in the industry, energy and agricultural sectors, which are priorities for economic growth. Particular attention has been paid to the formation of priority areas of cooperation for the economic recovery of the country, including the development of innovative technologies, attracting investments and expanding export opportunities. A comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the Zaporizhia region has been carried out, which has become the basis for developing a strategy for its recovery. The study has identified modern opportunities for introducing innovations into the foreign economic activity of enterprises in the region, taking into account the resources of the Zaporizhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of local business. Promising directions for improving the social component of regional development have been proposed, focused on improving the quality of life of the population, developing human capital and ensuring social stability. The totality of the research conducted has allowed us to form a comprehensive vision of the economic recovery of Ukraine and the Zaporizhia region based on innovative approaches and partnership with the European Union.
