Особливості психологічної адаптації українських біженців в країнах Європи

Abstract

Через російське вторгнення мільйони українців були змушені залишити свої домівки та переїхати до країн Європи. Така масова міграція створила унікальну ситуацію, яка вимагає як наукового вивчення, так і практичних рішень для допомоги біженцям у їхній психологічній адаптації. За інформацією від УВКБ ООН, кількість українців, які шукають захисту в європейських державах, сягнула безпрецедентних масштабів. Ця ситуація створила нові виклики не лише для самих біженців, але й для приймаючих країн, що актуалізує потребу в розробці ефективних механізмів психологічної підтримки та адаптації. Процес психологічної адаптації українських біженців у європейських країнах має свою специфіку, зумовлену культурними відмінностями, мовним бар'єром, зміною соціального статусу та травматичним досвідом, пов'язаним із вимушеним переселенням. Особливої уваги потребує вивчення факторів, що сприяють успішній адаптації, та бар'єрів, які її ускладнюють. Розуміння цих аспектів є критично важливим для розробки ефективних програм психологічної підтримки та соціальної інтеграції українських біженців. Наукова новизна: на основі дослідження виявлено специфічні психологічні особливості адаптації українських біженців в умовах вимушеної міграції 2022-2024 років; відзначені особливості, які сприяють та перешкоджають психологічній адаптації українських біженців.EN : The work is presented on 89 pages of printed text, contains 10 figures, 5 tables, 4 appendices. The list of references includes 68 sources. Object of research: the process of psychological adaptation of refugees in a new socio-cultural environment. Due to the Russian invasion, millions of Ukrainians were forced to leave their homes and move to European countries. Such mass migration created a unique situation that requires both scientific study and practical solutions to help refugees in their psychological adaptation. According to information from the UNHCR, the number of Ukrainians seeking protection in European countries has reached unprecedented proportions. This situation has created new challenges not only for the refugees themselves, but also for the host countries, which highlights the need to develop effective mechanisms for psychological support and adaptation. The process of psychological adaptation of Ukrainian refugees in European countries has its own specifics, due to cultural differences, language barriers, changes in social status, and traumatic experiences associated with forced resettlement. Special attention is required to study the factors that contribute to successful adaptation and the barriers that complicate it. Understanding these aspects is critically important for the development of effective programs of psychological support and social integration of Ukrainian refugees. Scientific novelty: based on the study, specific psychological features of the adaptation of Ukrainian refugees in the conditions of forced migration in 2022-2024 were identified; features that contribute to and hinder the psychological adaptation of Ukrainian refugees were noted.
