Оцiнка позитивних та негативних аспектiв будiвництва дорiг в Українi

Abstract

UA : Розвиток транспортної iнфраструктури в Українi є надзвичайно важливим чинником для економiчного процвiтання країни, особливо в умовах вiйськової агресiї. Особливо актуальним є питання стану дорiг, яке стало однiєю з найгострiших проблем транспортної мережi України. Протягом тривалого часу дорожня галузь залишалася недооцiненою, що призвело до катастрофiчного стану дорожнього покриття в багатьох регiонах. Ситуацiю ускладнює той факт, що деякi дороги настiльки занедбанi, що їхнiй ремонт стає недоцiльним, i бiльш ефективним рiшенням є будiвництво нових трас. Для вирiшення цiєї проблеми необхiдно змiнити пiдхiд до фiнансування дорожньої галузi, забезпечивши адекватнi та стабiльнi кошти для ремонту i будiвництва дорiг. Iнтеграцiя передових технологiй та матерiалiв, а також залучення мiжнародного досвiду в галузi дорожнього будiвництва можуть сприяти швидкому покращенню стану транспортних шляхiв.EN : The development of transport infrastructure in Ukraine is an extremely important factor for the economic prosperity of the country, especially in the conditions of military aggression. The issue of the condition of the roads, which has become one of the most acute problems of the transport network of Ukraine, is particularly relevant. For a long time, the road industry remained undervalued, which led to the catastrophic condition of road surfaces in many regions. The situation is complicated by the fact that some roads are so neglected that their repair becomes impractical, and a more efficient solution is the construction of new routes. To solve this problem, it is necessary to change the approach to financing the road industry, providing adequate and stable funds for road repair and construction. The integration of advanced technologies and materials, as well as the involvement of international experience in the field of road construction, can contribute to the rapid improvement of the condition of transport routes.
