Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: «Система контролінгу в менеджменті на підприємстві ТОВ «ВІВЕРА ГРУП» : 58 сторінок, 14 таблиць, 7 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 35 найменувань. Актуальність теми дослідження полягає в необхідності впровадження сучасних інструментів контролінгу як інтегрованої системи інформаційноаналітичної підтримки управління підприємством в умовах нестабільного зовнішнього середовища. Мета дослідження – розроблення теоретико-методичних положень і практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження та вдосконалення системи контролінгу на підприємстві ТОВ «ВІВЕРА ГРУП». Об'єкт дослідження – процес управління діяльністю підприємства. Предметом дослідження виступають теоретичні, методичні та прикладні аспекти формування і функціонування системи контролінгу на підприємстві. У роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення сутності контролінгу, його функцій, інструментів і ролі в системі управління підприємством; досліджено сучасні підходи до організації контролінгу в зарубіжній та вітчизняній практиці; проведено комплексний аналіз фінансово-економічного стану ТОВ «ВІВЕРА ГРУП» та проаналізовано існуючу систему управління та елементи контролінгу, на основі чого розроблено комплекс практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження сучасної системи контролінгу та проведено економічне обґрунтування запропонованих заходів.EN : Qualification work: “Controlling System in Management at the Enterprise “VIVERA GROUP” LLC : 58 pages, 14 tables, 7 figures. The relevance of the research topic lies in the need to implement modern controlling tools as an integrated system of information and analytical support for enterprise management in an unstable external environment. The purpose of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the implementation and improvement of the controlling system at the enterprise “VIVERA GROUP” LLC. The object of the research is the process of managing the activities of the enterprise. The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation and functioning of the controlling system at the enterprise. The work provides a theoretical generalization of the essence of controlling, its functions, tools and role in the enterprise management system; modern approaches to the organization of controlling in foreign and domestic practice are studied; a comprehensive analysis of the financial and economic condition of “VIVERA GROUP” LLC is carried out and the existing management system and elements of controlling are analyzed, on the basis of which a set of practical recommendations for the implementation of a modern controlling system is developed and an economic justification of the proposed measures is carried out.
