Удосконалення приводу скидального транспортеру прокатного стану в умовах обтискного цеху ПАТ «Запоріжсталь»

Abstract

UA : В роботі проведено розрахунок тягового органу та деталей скидального транспортеру за умови тертя ковзання та розрахунки при застосуванні модернізації (за умови тертя кочення), за результатами розрахунків складений порівняльний аналіз. Виконані розрахунки для провадження модернізації; приділено увагу питанням техногенної безпеки та екології в обтискному цеху.EN : The work includes a calculation of the traction unit and parts of the unloading conveyor under the condition of sliding friction and calculations when applying modernization (under the condition of rolling friction), a comparative analysis is made based on the results of the calculations. Calculations for the implementation of modernization are performed; attention is paid to issues of technogenic safety and ecology in the crimping shop.
