Особливості формування витрат на ПрАТ «Пологівський олійно-екстракційний завод» та оптимізація їх складу

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 114 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 25 таблиць, 24 рисунка, 9 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 81 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування та оптимізації витрат на підприємстві ПрАТ «Пологівський олійно-екстракційний завод». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесів формування та оптимізації витрат на підприємстві. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретичних, методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління витратами підприємства з метою їх оптимізації. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення витрат в діяльності підприємства; 2) дослідити методичні основи та систему управління витратами на підприємстві; 3) здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 4) розробити заходи щодо оптимізації управління витратами підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено систему управління витратами підприємства; 2) розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації складу витрат підприємства; 3) запропоновано впровадження концепції стратегічного управління витратами підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації процесу управління витратами підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 114 pages of printed text, contains 25 tables, 24 figures, 9 annex. The object of study is processes of formation and optimization of expenses at the enterprise PJSC «Pologivsky Oil Extraction Plant». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the organization of the processes of formation and optimization of costs at the enterprise. The purpose of the work is the analysis of theoretical, methodical and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the management of the company’s expenses in order to optimize them. Tasks: 1) determine the essence and value of costs in the enterprise; 2) research the methodical foundations and cost management system at the enterprise; 3) analyze the organizational and economic indicators of the enterprise; 4) develop measures to optimize enterprise cost management. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the company’s cost management system has been improved; 2) developed recommendations for optimizing the composition of enterprise costs; 3) the implementation of the concept of strategic management of enterprise costs is proposed. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals for optimization of the enterprise’s cost management process can be used in its practical activities. The results of the study are aimed at determining the peculiarities of the enterprise’s cost formation, assessing their level and determining their optimal composition, which can be implemented in the practice of other enterprises. The results of the study can be used by the heads of the financial divisions of processing enterprises to develop tactical and strategic decisions regarding the optimization of the enterprise’s cost management system, which will increase the efficiency of its activities.
