Виробничий менеджмент на підприємстві суб’єкті ЗЕД та шляхи підвищення його ефективності

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: теоретичні та практичні аспекти виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві суб’єкті ЗЕД. Предмет дослідження: сукупність теоретичних, методичних і практичних аспектів організації роботи щодо аналізу виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві суб’єкті ЗЕД. Мета дослідження: визначення сутності та особливостей виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві ТОВ «НИВА» суб’єкті ЗЕД та шляхи підвищення його ефективності. Методи дослідження: теоретичне узагальнення та порівняння, статистичний аналіз, системний підхід формалізації та економіко-математичного моделювання. В роботі студентом встановлено теоретичні засади змісту та поняття виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві, принципи, функції та механізм управління виробничим процесом підприємства. Здобувачем проаналізувано шляхи підвищення ефективності управління діяльністю виробничого підприємства. Охарактеризовано господарську діяльність підприємства ТОВ «НИВА». Проведено аналіз виробничого менеджменту на підприємстві ТОВ «НИВА» та наведені шляхи підвищення його ефективності.EN : Object of research: theoretical and practical aspects of production management at an enterprise subject to foreign economic activity. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical analysis, systematic approach to formalization and economic and mathematical modeling. In the work, the student established the theoretical foundations of the content and concept of production management at the enterprise, the principles, functions and mechanism of managing the production process of the enterprise. The applicant analyzed ways to increase the efficiency of managing the activities of a production enterprise. The economic activities of the enterprise LLC "NYVA" are characterized. An analysis of production management at the enterprise LLC "NYVA" was conducted and ways to increase its efficiency were given.
