Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 61 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 12 рисунків, 4 таблиці, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 67 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: емоційний інтелект ЛГБТІК+ спільноти. Актуальність теми дослідження обумовлена тим, що велика кількість стресу, соціальна ізоляція, страх осуду, фрустрація постійно супроводжують представників та представниць ЛГБТІК+ спільноти на життєвому шляху. Емоційний інтелект – здатність розпізнавати, розуміти та регулювати власні емоції та емоції інших – є критичним інструментом для подолання життєвих перешкод, ведення здорового соціального життя і успішної життєдіяльності. А дослідження його показників є лакмусовим папірцем, який визначає здатність людини до вищезазначених процесів і адаптації до складних життєвих ситуацій. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані спеціалістами та спеціалістками у сферах надання психологічних послуг та освіти на психологічні теми (зокрема в рамках діяльності громадських організацій) для вдосконалення програми роботи з представниками і представницями трансгендерної спільноти.EN : The work is presented on 61 pages of printed text, contains 12 figures, 4 tables, 1 appendix. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that a large amount of stress, social isolation, fear of judgment, frustration constantly accompany representatives of the LGBTIQ+ community on their life path. Emotional intelligence - the ability to recognize, understand and regulate one's own emotions and the emotions of others - is a critical tool for overcoming life obstacles, leading a healthy social life and successful life. And the study of its indicators is a litmus test that determines a person's ability to the above-mentioned processes and adapt to difficult life situations. The results of the study can be used by specialists in the fields of providing psychological services and education on psychological topics (in particular, within the framework of the activities of public organizations) to improve the program of work with representatives of the transgender community.
