Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання дослідити та розширити наукові і практичні навички використання порошкових матеріалів в металургії. вивчено фізико-хімічні та технологічні процеси за умов використання порошкових матеріалів, кінетика і механізм процесу дефосфорації сталі при продувці газо-порошковим потоком, оглянуто особливості руху частинки порошку у розплавленому металі, досліджено вплив технологічних показників на дефосфорацію сталі порошками; розглянуті питання охорони праці та техногенної безпеки, дається характеристика шкідливих умов виробництва.EN : The work sets the task of investigating and expanding the scientific and practical skills of using powder materials in metallurgy. The physicochemical and technological processes under the conditions of using powder materials, the kinetics and mechanism of the process of dephosphorization of steel during purging with a gas-powder flow are studied, the features of the movement of powder particles in molten metal are examined, the influence of technological indicators on the dephosphorization of steel with powders is investigated; issues of labor protection and technogenic safety are considered, and harmful production conditions are characterized.
