Реорганізація імпортних потоків в промислового підприємства в умовах воєнного часу

Abstract

UA : Об'єкт дослідження - логістична система імпортного забезпечення промислового підприємства в умовах зовнішньоекономічних і воєнних ризиків. Предмет дослідження - процеси реорганізації імпортних потоків на прикладі ТОВ «ДІСКАФ», з урахуванням змін у постачанні, логістиці, контрактних відносинах та митному регулюванні. Метою цієї роботи є комплексне дослідження поточної ситуації в організації імпортних потоків підприємства ТОВ «ДІСКАФ» та розробка обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо її адаптації в умовах підвищених ризиків. Методи дослідження: теоретичне узагальнення та порівняння, статистичний аналіз, системний підхід формалізації та економіко-математичного моделювання. В роботі студентом встановлено теоретичні засади сутності та складові імпортних потоків та стратегії реорганізації імпортних потоків промислового підприємства в умовах воєнного часу. Здобувач проаналізував особливості ринку кави в Україні з урахуванням основних трендів, викликів і перспектив. Охарактеризована господарська діяльність підприємства ТОВ «ДІСКАФ». Проведено аналіз організації імпортних потоків в промислового підприємства ТОВ «ДІСКАФ» та наведені рекомендації щодо їх реорганізації в умовах воєнного часу.EN : The object of the study is the logistics system of import support of an industrial enterprise in the conditions of foreign economic and military risks. The subject of the study is the processes of reorganization of import flows on the example of LLC "DISCAF", taking into account changes in supply, logistics, contractual relations and customs regulation. The purpose of this work is a comprehensive study of the current situation in the organization of import flows of LLC "DISCAF" and the development of substantiated recommendations for its adaptation in conditions of increased risks. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical analysis, systematic approach to formalization and economic and mathematical modeling. In the work, the student established the theoretical principles of the essence and components of import flows and the strategy for reorganization of import flows of an industrial enterprise in wartime. The applicant analyzed the features of the coffee market in Ukraine, taking into account the main trends, challenges and prospects. The economic activities of LLC "DISCAF" are characterized. The analysis of the organization of import flows in the industrial enterprise LLC "DISCAF" was carried out and recommendations were given for their reorganization in wartime conditions.
