Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 93 pages of printed text, contains 4 figures, 4 tables. The list of references includes 92 sources. The object of the study is trust in interpersonal interaction. Modern research in Ukrainian and world medicine and psychology convincingly proves that the success of the prevention and treatment process depends not only on the professional training of the doctor. Research indicates that in almost all areas of medicine, the psychological component is important - the organization of interaction between the doctor and the patient, which contributes to the mutual correctness and effectiveness of the relationship between them. Improving the interaction between the doctor and the patient includes the transition to dialogical interaction, providing feedback, creating an atmosphere of trust and promoting mutual understanding, which helps the patient to believe both in the doctor and in his own internal reserves. In this regard, the problem of patient trust in the doctor, which is the fundamental basis of interaction in medical practice, becomes relevant. When a patient feels that he can trust his doctor, he is more inclined to follow medical recommendations, which in turn contributes to the effectiveness of treatment. In addition, the patient's trust provides psychological comfort, which is important for a positive approach to the treatment process and a faster recovery. Research on the patient's trust in the doctor also helps to identify possible problems in communication between medical personnel and patients. Understanding the factors that affect the level of trust allows developing strategies for improving interaction, in particular by training doctors in empathy and effective communication skills. The scientific novelty of the study is that: the psychological conditions for the development of trust in the "doctor-patient" system have been theoretically substantiated and empirically investigated; the study of such psychological phenomena as self-confidence, self-presentation, and willingness to take risks has been deepened, expanded, and supplemented; theoretical ideas about the development of trust in interpersonal interaction, in particular, in the professional activities of doctors, have been further developed.
