Соціально-психологічні особливості адаптації майбутніх психологів до навчання в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Реалії сьогодення змінили всю систему освіти в Україні. Україна зіткнулася з пандемією коронавірусу, але змогла швидко відреагувати завдяки розвитку дистанційної освіти та інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Однак ще до пандемії система освіти країни зіткнулася з викликами через війну з росією на сході України. Хоча війна була локальною гібридною війною, вона не становила повної загрози для системи вищої освіти України. Більшість навчальних закладів, які безпосередньо постраждали від бойових дій на сході та анексії Криму, змогли відносно швидко адаптуватися, евакуювавшись з окупованих територій. Альтернативні рішення освітнього процесу, такі як дистанційні форми взаємодії між студентами та поєднання очного навчання з позааудиторними заходами, дозволили університетам продовжити свою діяльність в екстремальних умовах того часу. Наукова новизна: визначено основні психологічні чинники, що впливають на розвиток професійного мислення майбутніх психологів у процесі їх фахової підготовки. Також досліджено роль інтерактивних технологій та дистанційного навчання у забезпеченні ефективної професійної підготовки, попри кризові обставини.EN : The work is presented on 85 pages of printed text, contains 14 figures, 2 tables, 4 appendices. The list of references includes 55 sources. The object of the study: adaptation as a psychological phenomenon. Today's realities have changed the entire education system in Ukraine. Ukraine faced the coronavirus pandemic, but was able to respond quickly thanks to the development of distance education and information and communication technologies. However, even before the pandemic, the country's education system faced challenges due to the war with Russia in eastern Ukraine. Although the war was a local hybrid war, it did not pose a complete threat to the higher education system of Ukraine. Most educational institutions that were directly affected by the fighting in the east and the annexation of Crimea were able to adapt relatively quickly by evacuating from the occupied territories. Alternative solutions to the educational process, such as distance forms of interaction between students and a combination of full-time education with extracurricular activities, allowed universities to continue their activities in the extreme conditions of that time. Scientific novelty: the main psychological factors influencing the development of professional thinking of future psychologists in the process of their professional training have been identified. The role of interactive technologies and distance learning in ensuring effective professional training, despite the crisis circumstances, has also been investigated.
