Об’єктом дослідження є формування команди проєкту у воєнний та післявоєнний період. Предметом дослідження теоретичні основи формування команди проєкту, особливості формування команди проєкту у воєнний та післявоєнний період, досвід формування команди проєкту на ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Метою роботи є удосконалення досвіду формування команди проєкту у воєнний та післявоєнний період на ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив». Завдання: – дослідити теоретичні основи формування команди проєкту; – охарактеризувати особливості формування команди проєкту у воєнний та післявоєнний період; – проаналізувати досвід формування команди проєкту на ПрАТ «Запоріжвогнетрив; – зробити висновки щодо перспектив формування команди проєкту у воєнний та післявоєнний період. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз,, аналітичний, метод математичного моделювання. Одержані результати та їх новизна: – удосконалено технологію формування команд на ПрАТ “Запоріжвогнетрив”; – розроблено алгоритм формування команд для підприємства ПрАТ “Запоріжвогнетрив”. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. The subject of the study includes the theoretical foundations of project team formation, peculiarities of project team formation during wartime and post-war periods, and the experience of forming a project team at PJSC "Zaporizhvohnetryv." The aim of the work is to analyze the experience of forming a project team during wartime and post-war periods at PJSC "Zaporizhvohnetryv." Tasks: – explore the theoretical foundations of project team formation; – characterize the peculiarities of project team formation during the military and post-war periods; – analysis of the experience of forming a project team at PJSC "Zaporizhvohnetryv"; – drawing conclusions regarding the prospects of project team formation during the military and post-war periods. Methods of research: dialectical cognition, a systemic, complex, and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, analytical methods, and mathematical modeling. Results and novelty of the obtained results: – improved technology of team formation at PJSC "Zaporizhvohnetryv”; – developed an algorithm for forming teams for the enterprise PJSC "Zaporizhvohnetryv". Practical significance of the obtained results: Increase in the effectiveness of team management; increased resilience to challenges during wartime and post-war periods.
