Нове будівництво 7-ми поверхової житлової будівлі у м. Івано-Франківськ

Abstract

UA : Виконано обґрунтування архітектурно-планувальних і конструктивних рішень житлового семиповерхового будинку з урахуванням містобудівних умов та особливостей будівельного майданчика. Розглянуто та обґрунтовано рішення щодо влаштування фундаментів, виконано збір та аналіз навантажень, що передаються на основу будівлі. Розроблено технологічну карту виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт із визначенням послідовності зведення надземної частини будівлі, обсягів робіт, трудомісткості та календарних строків їх виконання. Сформовано організаційно-технологічні рішення будівництва, зокрема календарний план, графіки руху робітників і машин, а також виконано розрахунок потреби в тимчасових будівлях, складських приміщеннях, водо- та електропостачанні для забезпечення будівельного процесу. Визначено кошторисну вартість будівництва з урахуванням основних видів будівельно- монтажних робіт та розраховано ключові техніко-економічні показники проєкту. Розроблено заходи з охорони праці, техніки безпеки та виробничої санітарії відповідно до чинних нормативних вимог для забезпечення безпечного виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт.EN : A justification of architectural, planning and constructive solutions of a sevenstorey residential building was carried out, taking into account urban planning conditions and features of the construction site. The decision on the arrangement of foundations was considered and justified, the collection and analysis of loads transmitted to the base of the building was carried out. A technological map of the construction and installation works was developed with the determination of the sequence of construction of the above-ground part of the building, the volume of work, labor intensity and calendar terms of their implementation. Organizational and technological solutions for construction have been formed, in particular, a calendar plan, schedules of workers and machines, and the need for temporary buildings, warehouses, water and electricity supply to ensure the construction process has been calculated. The estimated cost of construction has been determined taking into account the main types of construction and installation works and the key technical and economic indicators of the project have been calculated. Measures for labor protection, safety and industrial sanitation have been developed in accordance with current regulatory requirements to ensure the safe performance of construction and installation works.
