Дослідження впливу умов війни на психологічне благополуччя персоналу організацій має особливу актуальність в умовах сьогодення і вимагає більш глибинного наукового аналізу. Виклики сьогодення зумовлюють особливе навантаження на працівників організацій, від якості діяльності яких, залежить ефективність виконання ними своїх функціональних обов’язків. Однією із важливих проблем в період повномасштабної війни рф проти України є підтримка та збереження психологічного персоналу організацій, адже це має прямий вплив на здійснення професійної діяльності організації, здатності організації адаптуватися до складних умов війни визначити нові перспективні напрямки діяльності та розвитку. Саме дбайливе ставлення до психологічного благополуччя персоналу має стати запорукою ефективності діяльності організацій на тлі викликів воєнного часу. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що запропоновані заходи, які спрямовані на підтримку, поліпшення та збереження психологічного благополуччя персоналу організації в умовах воєнного стану можуть бути використані в психологічній практиці.EN : The work is presented on 89 pages of printed text, contains 8 figures, 5 tables. The study of the impact of war conditions on the psychological well-being of personnel of organizations is of particular relevance in today's conditions and requires a more in-depth scientific analysis. The challenges of today cause a special burden on employees of organizations, the quality of whose activities determines the effectiveness of their performance of their functional duties. One of the important problems during the period of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine is the support and preservation of psychological personnel of organizations, because this has a direct impact on the implementation of professional activities of the organization, the ability of the organization to adapt to the difficult conditions of war, to determine new promising areas of activity and development. It is the careful attitude to the psychological well-being of personnel that should become the key to the effectiveness of the activities of organizations against the backdrop of the challenges of wartime. The practical significance of the study is that the proposed measures aimed at supporting, improving and preserving the psychological well-being of the organization's personnel in martial law conditions can be used in psychological practice.
