Abstract

EN : The work is presented on 78 pages of printed text, contains 5 figures, 3 tables, 4 appendices. The list of references includes 70 sources. The object of the study: stress resistance of adolescents. In the modern unstable world, an important task for young people is to maintain psychological health and the ability to effectively withstand stressful situations. This problem becomes especially relevant in conditions of large-scale war, when young people are faced with many complex stressful situations (loss of housing, relatives, familiar living conditions, change of residence, destruction of plans, uncertainty), which threaten their physical existence, health and personal development. In such conditions, the characteristics and qualities of the personality that contribute to survival and preservation of identity in difficult circumstances are of particular importance, in particular stress resistance, adequate self-esteem, personal responsibility, autonomy, self-confidence and motivation for constant development. In this context, the existential approach to understanding the internal resources of adolescents is gaining more and more attention. Existential motivation, as a desire for a meaningful existence, turns out to be an important component of psychological resilience and allows adolescents not only to survive in crisis conditions, but also to seek new life guidelines, transform suffering into internal growth, overcome feelings of hopelessness, etc. It is existential motivation that supports the integrity of the personality in conditions of moral and social disorientation, contributing to the formation of internal support and the preservation of a system of life values. Scientific novelty: the essence of existential motivation as a resource of internal resilience of adolescents in war conditions is clarified; the specifics of its influence on various components of stress resistance are established.
