Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 115 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 16 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 4 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є система антикризового управління як інструмент забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні засади, методичні підходи та економічні та інституційні особливості формування системи антикризового управління як інструмента забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є розвиток теоретико-методичних засад, науково-методичних підходів та практичних рекомендацій щодо розвитку системи антикризового управління як інструмента забезпечення фінансової безпеки АТ «Київський вітамінний завод» Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансово-економічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння, зведення та ін. Одержані результати: сформовано інформаційну базу для оцінки фінансової безпеки підприємства, розроблено комплексну модель її оцінювання з урахуванням динаміки показників і запропоновано напрями вдосконалення управління дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю з метою зміцнення фінансової стабільності підприємства. Значення результатів кваліфікаційної роботи магістра полягає у можливості застосування отриманих результатів для покращення системи антикризового управління і забезпечення фінансової безпеки підприємства.EN : The work is presented on 115 pages of printed text, contains 26 tables, 16 figures. The object of the research is the system of crisis management as a tool for ensuring the financial security of an enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological approaches, as well as economic and institutional features of forming a crisis management system as a tool for ensuring the financial security of an enterprise The purpose of the qualification work is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations, scientific and methodological approaches, and practical recommendations for improving the crisis management system as a tool for ensuring the financial security of JSC "Kyiv Vitamin Plant." Research methods: logical generalization, deductive, financial-economic and statistical analysis, comparison, summary, etc. The study examines the theoretical aspects of the crisis management system as a tool for ensuring the financial security and viability of an enterprise. In particular, it defines the essence of enterprise crisis management as a basis for its viability, analyzes the role of crisis management in ensuring financial stabilization, and identifies methodological approaches for assessing the financial security of enterprises. As a result of the research: − an analysis of the enterprise’s financial condition was carried out, forming the information base for assessing the level of its financial security; − a comprehensive model for assessing the enterprise’s financial security was developed and substantiated, taking into account the dynamics of normative ratios and enabling early identification of financial instability risks; − measures for improving the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable within the crisis management system were proposed, the implementation of which contributes to enhancing the enterprise’s financial stability. The practical significance of the results of the master's thesis lies in the possibility of applying the findings to improve the crisis management system and ensure the financial security of the enterprise.
