Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 73 pages of printed text, contains 5 tables; 4 figures; 4 appendices. The list of references includes 59 sources. The object of the study is the subjective well-being of students. In modern society, characterized by high demands for personal achievements and professional success, perfectionism acquires special importance as a psychological phenomenon that significantly affects the life of an individual. This problem is especially acute in the educational environment, where students are faced with constant demands for academic success, competition and the need to meet high standards. Recent studies indicate an increase in the level of perfectionism among students, which correlates with an increase in cases of anxiety, depressive states and a decrease in overall psychological well-being. Perfectionism as a multidimensional personality characteristic can have both constructive and destructive manifestations. On the one hand, the pursuit of perfection can stimulate personal development and professional growth, on the other hand, excessive perfectionism can lead to chronic stress, burnout and a significant decrease in subjective well-being. In the context of modern challenges, in particular martial law in Ukraine and the psychological stresses associated with it, the issue of preserving the mental health and well-being of education seekers is becoming particularly relevant. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results lies in the fact that: theoretical ideas about the essence and structure of perfectionism as a multidimensional psychological phenomenon in the context of educational activity have been deepened; scientific knowledge about the specifics of the influence of different types of perfectionism on the subjective well-being of education seekers has been expanded; a theoretical model of the relationship between perfectionism and subjective well-being has been developed, which takes into account adaptive and maladaptive manifestations of perfectionism; The nature and strength of the relationship between indicators of perfectionism and components of subjective well-being in students has been empirically proven.
