Сучасний світ вимагає від молодих спеціалістів високого рівня компетентності, особистісної зрілості та розуміння своїх професійних цілей та кар’єрних орієнтацій. Психологи, які готуються до професійної практики, також стикаються з необхідністю розвитку власних уявлень про успіх, які є невід’ємною частиною їхніх особистих і професійних амбіцій. Успіх у професійній сфері має багато аспектів, і розуміння цього має значний вплив на формування кар’єрного шляху та життєвих цілей людини. Кар'єрні орієнтації формуються під впливом багатьох факторів, одним з провідних факторів можна визначити успіх. Особливість уявлень про успіх у сфері психології полягає в поєднанні особистісного самовдосконалення та бажання допомогти іншим, що відрізняється від інших професій, орієнтованих насамперед на фінансовий успіх чи соціальний статус. З цієї причини актуальним є вивчення уявлень майбутніх психологів про успіх, оскільки вони визначають мотивацію професійного розвитку, особисте задоволення від роботи та загальне самопочуття. Наукова новизна полягає в тому, що нами було визначено фактори, які впливають на формування уявлень про успіх та кар’єрні орієнтації молоді, проведено емпіричне дослідження серед студентів-випускників спеціальності 053 Психологія щодо визначення атрибутивних типів оптимізму-песимізму успіху як чинника становлення кар’єрних орієнтацій майбутніх психологів.EN : The work is presented on 83 pages of printed text, contains 7 tables, 7 figures, 2 appendices. Success in the professional sphere has many aspects, and understanding this has a significant impact on the formation of a person's career path and life goals. Career orientations are formed under the influence of many factors, one of the leading factors can be identified as success. The peculiarity of ideas about success in the field of psychology is the combination of personal self-improvement and the desire to help others, which differs from other professions focused primarily on financial success or social status. For this reason, it is relevant to study the ideas of future psychologists about success, since they determine the motivation for professional development, personal satisfaction from work and general well-being. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that we have identified factors that influence the formation of ideas about success and career orientations of young people, and conducted an empirical study among graduate students of the specialty 053 Psychology to determine the attributive types of optimism-pessimism of success as a factor in the formation of career orientations of future psychologists.
