Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 71 pages, printed text, 5 tables, 3 figures, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 68 sources. The object of the study: the process of reintegration of military women into civilian life. The relevance of the study is due to the deep social and psychological transformations taking place in Ukrainian society in conditions of full-scale war. A significant number of women take an active part in military service, performing combat, medical, managerial and support functions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations. The return of military women to civilian life after long-term service or participation in hostilities is accompanied by a complex process of psychological reintegration, which includes adaptation to peaceful conditions, restoration of social roles, interpersonal relationships, professional activity and a holistic image of the “I”. The process of reintegration of female soldiers has a pronounced psychological specificity, associated with traumatic experiences, chronic combat stress, emotional exhaustion, impaired emotional regulation, and changes in personal identity. Additional complicating factors are gender stereotypes and societal expectations of “traditional” female roles in the civilian environment, which often leads to internal conflicts, difficulties in family relationships, professional self-realization, and social interaction. In the absence of proper psychological support, these difficulties can contribute to the development of post-traumatic stress disorders, increased anxiety, depressive states, and social isolation. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the psychological features of the process of reintegration of military women into civilian life have been clarified, the factors that determine the success of this process have been identified, its course in modern conditions has been empirically investigated, and a program of psychological support for the reintegration of military women into civilian life has been developed.
