Abstract
UA : Робота викладена на 73 сторінках друкованого тексту, 1 таблиця. Перелік посилань включає 57 джерел. Об’єкта: емоційна саморегуляція особистості. Сучасне суспільство постійно рухається та змінюється, що в свою чергу несе з собою нові вимоги та ставить перед життям людей нові виклики. Людина як самостійний суб'єкт своєї діяльності вимагає все більше зусиль і часу для координації та регулювання свого життя, незалежно від тимчасових впливів середовища. На сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства особливого значення набуває формування саморегуляції особистості в процесі життєдіяльності. Адже успішна діяльність людини залежить від її готовності до сталого функціонування в різноманітних життєвих умовах, здатності критично оцінювати свої вчинки, а також здатності керувати власним психологічним станом і поведінкою на основі знання і прийняття суспільних вимог. Людина, як самостійний суб'єкт своєї діяльності, потребує значно більше зусиль і часу для координації та регулювання власного життя незалежно від тимчасових впливів середовища. Отже, саморегуляція є необхідною здатністю суб'єкта, який здійснює активну і цілеспрямовану діяльність. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в систематизації технік саморегуляції емоційних проявів, які є ефективними в зниженні ризику виникнення психосоматичних захворювань у постстресовий період.

Modern society is constantly moving and changing, which in turn brings with it new requirements and poses new challenges to people's lives. A person as an independent subject of his activity requires more and more effort and time to coordinate and regulate his life, regardless of the temporary influences of the environment. At the current stage of the development of society, the formation of self-regulation of the individual in the process of life is of particular importance. After all, the successful activity of a person depends on his readiness for stable functioning in various life conditions, the ability to critically evaluate his actions, as well as the ability to manage his own psychological state and behavior on the basis of knowledge and acceptance of social requirements. A person, as an independent subject of his activity, needs much more effort and time to coordinate and regulate his own life, regardless of the temporary influences of the environment. Therefore, self-regulation is a necessary ability of the subject who carries out active and purposeful activities. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the systematization of techniques of self-regulation of emotional manifestations, which are effective in reducing the risk of psychosomatic diseases in the post-stress period.
