Збереження фінансової стійкості підприємства під час війни на прикладі ТОВ «Міла»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 119 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 14 таблиць, 11 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси збереження та управління фінансовою стійкістю на прикладі підприємства ТОВ «Міла» під час війни. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних питань, пов’язаних із організацією процесу збереження та управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо забезпечення і підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність фінансової стійкості підприємства; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено механізм управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства; 2) розроблено та обгрунтовано впровадження заходів щодо оптимізації витрат підприємства як напряму забезпечення фінансової стійкості підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо забезпечення і підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 119 pages of printed text, contains 14 tables, 11 figures, 6 annex. The object of the study is the processes of preserving and managing financial stability on the example of the enterprise LLC «Mila» during the war. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied issues related to the organization of the process of preserving and managing the financial stability of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is the analysis of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for ensuring and increasing the financial stability of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) the mechanism of managing the financial stability of the enterprise has been improved; 2) the implementation of anti-crisis measures to ensure the financial stability of the enterprise is developed and substantiated; 3) a financial risk management mechanism is proposed as a means of ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise, namely, the mechanism of managing the financial stability of the enterprise in modern conditions has been improved. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the mechanism of managing the financial stability of the enterprise has been improved; 2) the implementation of measures to optimize the costs of the enterprise as a direction of ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise was developed and substantiated. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals for ensuring and increasing the financial stability of the enterprise LLC «Mila» can be used in its practical activities. The results of the study are aimed at evaluating and improving the mechanism for ensuring the financial stability of an enterprise LLC «Mila» and can be implemented in the practice of other enterprises. The proposed recommendations on increasing the financial stability of the enterprise in the conditions of the crisis at LLC «Mila» are of practical importance. The results of the research can be used by the heads of financial divisions of enterprises LLC «Mila» to develop tactical and strategic solutions, which will allow to optimize their production, financial and investment activities.
