Організація та оцінка ефективності робочого часу працівників АТ «КЗРК»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 96 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 13 таблиць, 4 рисунки, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 97 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз ефективності робочого часу на підприємстві та розробка рекомендацій щодо його удосконалення. Завданнями кваліфікаційної роботи є: вивчення сутності робочого часу та його структури; організація режиму робочого часу; аналіз оперативного обліку робочого часу; вивчення загальної характеристики діяльності підприємства; аналіз господарської діяльності підприємства; організація і оцінка ефективності використання робочого часу; визначення напрямків вдосконалення організації режиму робочого часу; на основі наданих рекомендацій обґрунтувати розроблені пропозиції та розрахувати їх ефективність. Об`єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є економічна діяльність підприємства України – АТ «Криворізький залізорудний комбінат». Предметом роботи є організація і оцінка ефективності робочого часу на підприємстві. Інформаційну базу кваліфікаційної роботи склали статистичні та економічні дані АТ «КЗРК», дані вітчизняної та зарубіжної періодичної літератури, дані офіційних сайтів державних органів України в мережі Інтернет, а також дані статистичних збірників України.EN : The work is presented on 96 pages of printed text, contains 13 tables, 4 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 97 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that any social organization of labor requires the establishment of certain proportions in the consumption of objects and tools of labor, as well as labor itself in the production process. Improvements in equipment, technology and organization of production, acceleration of labor productivity growth are impossible without a deep scientific analysis of the labor process and identification of the dependence of its results on various factors. The purpose of the qualification work is to analyze the efficiency of working time at the enterprise and develop recommendations for its improvement. The tasks of the qualification work are:  studying the essence of working time and its structure;  organization of working time;  analysis of operational accounting of working time; studying the general characteristics of the enterprise; analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise;  organization and evaluation of the efficiency of working time;  determining areas for improving the organization of working time;  based on the recommendations provided, justify the developed proposals and calculate their effectiveness. The object of qualification work is the economic activity of the enterprise of Ukraine – JSC “Kryvyi Rih Iron Ore Plant”. The subject of the work is the organization and evaluation of working time efficiency at the enterprise. The information base of the qualification work is made up of statistical and 6 economic data of JSC “KZHRK”, data of domestic and foreign periodicals, data of official sites of state bodies of Ukraine on the Internet, as well as data of statistical collections of Ukraine.
