Інструментарій державної підтримки бізнесу під час війни

Abstract

UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади державної підтримки підприємництва та особливості функціонування бізнес-середовища в умовах воєнного стану; проаналізовано сучасний інструментарій державної підтримки бізнесу в Україні та зарубіжний досвід його застосування з позицій релевантності викликам війни; розроблено методичний підхід і економіко-математичну модель оцінювання результативності інструментів державної підтримки бізнесу; здійснено практичну апробацію запропонованого інструментарію на ТОВ «БізнесПром Сервіс»; обґрунтовано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення інструментарію державної підтримки бізнесу. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в подальшому розвитку теоретико-методичних і прикладних підходів до формування та оцінювання інструментарію державної підтримки бізнесу в умовах війни.EN : The qualification work investigated the theoretical and methodological principles of state support for entrepreneurship and the peculiarities of the functioning of the business environment in martial law; analyzed the modern tools of state support for business in Ukraine and foreign experience of its application from the perspective of relevance to the challenges of war; developed a methodological approach and an economic and mathematical model for assessing the effectiveness of state support for business instruments; carried out practical testing of the proposed tools at BusinessProm Service LLC; substantiated recommendations for improving the tools of state support for business. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the further development of theoretical and methodological and applied approaches to the formation and evaluation of state support for business instruments in wartime.
