Abstract

UA : В роботі розглянуто цільова орієнтація на виконання проєкту в термін заданий інвестором, що є викликом для менеджерів і проєктних команд будівельних організацій. Представлено інструментарій оптимальної моделі реалізації проєкту, яка враховуватиме різноманітні фактори, такі як складність завдання, обмеження ресурсів, зовнішнє середовище та потреби інвесторів. Виконано огляд основних підходів до розробки оптимальних моделей реалізації проєкту в термін заданий інвестором, а також наводить приклади успішних практик у галузі будівництва.EN : The paper deals with the target orientation of project implementation within the deadline set by the investor, which is a challenge for managers and project teams of construction organizations. The toolkit of the optimal model of project implementation is presented, which will take into account various factors, such as the complexity of the task, resource limitations, the external environment and the needs of investors. An overview of the main approaches to the development of optimal models of project implementation within the deadline set by the investor is carried out, as well as examples of successful practices in the field of construction are given.
