Abstract

UA : Здійснено комплексний розгляд завдань оптимізації організаційно-технологічних рішень при реконструкції громадських будівель в нових соціальних і економічних умовах. Проаналізована класифікація громадських будівель за рівнем їх експлуатаційних характеристик, визначено та класифіковано причини і способи реконструкції громадських будівель в сучасних умовах. Досліджені методи вибору замовником оптимальних організаційно-технологічних рішень та технологічних регламентів будівельних процесів при реконструкції громадських будівель.EN : A comprehensive review of the tasks of optimizing organizational and technological solutions during the reconstruction of public buildings in new social and economic conditions was carried out. The classification of public buildings according to the level of their operational characteristics is analyzed, the reasons and methods of reconstruction of public buildings in modern conditions are determined and classified. Methods of choosing optimal organizational and technological solutions and technological regulations of construction processes by the customer during the reconstruction of public buildings are studied.
