Вдосконалення процесу відбирання алюмінатних розчинів зі згущувачів у виробництві глинозему

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження – технологія відбору розчинів зі згущувачів на виробництві глинозему. Мета роботи − дослідити можливість зменшення втрат глинозему та лугу з червоним шламом зі згущувачів. Предмет дослідження – алюмінатний розчин зі згущувачів при виробництві глинозему. Розроблено нову технологію відбору алюмінатних розчинів зі згущувачів, яка дозволяє відбирати розчини зі згущувача відповідно до їх щільності. При відборі розчинів за новою методикою спостерігалося зменшення втрат основних речовин з червоним шламом і зменшення витрат електроенергії на процес згущення.EN : The object of research is the technology of selecting solutions from thickeners in alumina production. The aim of the study is to investigate the possibility of reducing the loss of alumina and alkali with red mud from thickeners. The subject of research is the aluminate solution from thickeners in the production of alumina. A new technology for selecting aluminate solutions from thickeners has been developed, which allows selecting solutions from the thickener according to their density. When selecting solutions using the new method, a decrease in the loss of basic substances with red mud and a decrease in electricity consumption for the thickening process were observed.
