Abstract
UA : Мета дослідження: аналіз теоретико-методологічних засад професійного
вигорання надавачів соціальних послуг та дослідження чинників його
виникнення і профілактики в умовах воєнного часу.
Об’єкт дослідження: професійна діяльність надавачів соціальних послуг в
умовах воєнного часу та підвищеного психоемоційного навантаження.
Предмет дослідження: чинники виникнення та механізми профілактики
професійного вигорання надавачів соціальних послуг у прифронтових
територіях України.
Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, узагальнення, систематизація,
індукція, аналіз наукової літератури, нормативно-правових документів.
Гіпотеза: ефективна профілактика професійного вигорання надавачів
соціальних послуг можлива за умови розвитку професійної супервізії,
психологічної підтримки працівників та удосконалення умов професійної
діяльності.
Висновки:
1. Професійне вигорання надавачів соціальних послуг в умовах війни має
системний характер та пов’язане з високим психоемоційним навантаженням,
дефіцитом ресурсів і постійною взаємодією з травматичним досвідом клієнтів.
2. Діяльність фахівців соціальної роботи у прифронтових територіях
супроводжується підвищеним ризиком емоційного виснаження, вторинної
травматизації та зниження професійної ефективності.
3. Ефективна профілактика професійного вигорання потребує розвитку
професійної супервізії, психологічної підтримки працівників та удосконалення
організаційних умов діяльності соціальних служб.
EN : The purpose of research is to analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of professional burnout of social service providers and research of the factors of its occurrence and prevention in wartime conditions. Object of research – professional activity of social service providers in wartime conditions and increased psycho-emotional stress. Subject of research – factors of occurrence and mechanisms of prevention of professional burnout of social service providers in the front-line territories of Ukraine. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, induction, analysis of scientific literature, regulatory documents. Hypothesis: effective prevention of professional burnout of social service providers is possible provided that professional supervision, psychological support for employees and improvement of the conditions of professional activity are developed. Conclusions: 1. Professional burnout of social service providers in wartime is systemic in nature and is associated with high psycho-emotional stress, resource shortage and constant interaction with the traumatic experience of clients. 2. The activities of social work specialists in front-line areas are accompanied by an increased risk of emotional exhaustion, secondary traumatization and reduced professional efficiency. 3. Effective prevention of professional burnout requires the development of professional supervision, psychological support for employees and improvement of the organizational conditions of social services.
